It included four tracks: 1) Customer & demand side, 2) Technical solution & manufacturing setup, 3) Commercial approach, 4) Financial business case. Each track was broken down into sub-deliverables that needed to be assessed. Oleto worked with the client to evaluate the status and future potential and developed an action plan to take the innovation opportunity to the next level.
