The client’s problem
A dedicated program team consisting of client specialists and Oleto consultants were working together to design, plan and execute a large digital transformation effort in banking. From the very start, the client was highly focused on knowledge sharing and improving the problem solving capabilities in their dedicated team as part of the effort.
To facilitate this ambition a series of formal full day problem solving training sessions were planned with the 20+ participants during the project. The training material was prepared by a couple of senior co-workers from Oleto who also conducted the training sessions. The sessions were executed in a combination of group exercises and plenum discussions for which the individual participants were expected to prepare some material, e.g., key issues they were struggling with.
